25 Years of NOA: A Summer Gathering at Mondsee

..when celebrations are in order!

This summer we took time away from video tapes, coding, and AD converters to celebrate something very special – 25 years of NOA. Together with employees and their families (yes, lively kids included!) we gathered for three unforgettable days in Mondsee, right in the heart of Austria’s Salzkammergut.

The location could not have been more fitting: a picturesque old town, famous for its basilica where The Sound of Music wedding scene was filmed, and once a holiday favorite of the Austrian emperor. Between quirky local museums, biking, swimming, hiking, and even several exciting rides down the “Sommerrodelbahn,” there was something for everyone.

The lake itself gave us some of the best memories – whether it was only to chill and relax at its shore or the amazing boat ride across the crystal-clear Mondsee, where we toasted not just 25 years of NOA, but also our co-founder’s birthday. Perfect weather, plenty of good food and drinks, and long evenings filled with conversation made it easy to forget the daily rush of our projects.

Above all, the days together strengthened our mutual understanding, connecting colleagues from across Europe and even the UAE. We came back not only with great memories, but also with fresh ideas and perspectives for the work ahead. And as we look forward, here’s to the next 25 years of learning, growing, and building lasting partnerships.
