ingestLINE™

Professional, purpose-built digitization tools for archive preservation projects, guaranteeing flawless quality and outstanding cost-effectiveness.

Our Ingest Ecosystem

Carrier Ingest Solutions

At the core of NOA's ingestLINE, three main components are in place for quality-controlled transfer of physical carriers.

Audio Digitization

NOARecord and CDLector provide the means for efficient and high quality transfer of analog and digital audio carriers as well as CDs to digital files.

Video Digitization

NOA's FrameLector is an advanced tool designed for efficient, high-quality, and reliably quality-controlled digitization of video carriers.

Media File Ingest

Via configurable watch folders and automatic processing, various types of media formats may be ingested with NOA's FolderScanner and FileCollector. Further server-side processing is facilitated with applications WaveScanner or VideoScanner.

File Production and Delivery

jobDB, NOA's workflow orchestration system, is the basis for an industrial digitization facility, in which delivery of migrated material to an existing MAM (or the like) marks the end of the workflow.

File Processing

Stored and processed on a central production server (GPP: General Public Path), produced media and metadata are made accessible to client and server-side applications, e.g. for QC, segmentation, editing of metadata, or connection to 3rd party software.

File Archive

In an archiving facility based on mediARC, NOA's Archive Asset Management (AAM) system, produced files are archived and stored on multiple copies for the long term.

Quality and efficiency are (y)our top priorities.

Comprehensive and reliable transfer quality control to avoid introduction of new errors during transfer.

Scalable from a single workstation to a large-scale digitization facility with investment security from the start.

Designed for high throughput and operational efficiency without compromising quality of produced media content.

... and a lot more!
