Congratulations – You’ve Made It to the Next Round!
We’ve reviewed your application carefully, and you’ve really sparked our interest. That’s why we’d like to invite you to take the next step and get to know us – and the way we work – even better.
So - Welcome to our candidate platform!
What to Expect – and Why We Do This
At NOA, we believe successful collaboration depends on more than just skills. It’s about people, values, and culture. That’s why in this step of the process we want to learn two key things:
- Do you align with our culture, values, and way of thinking?
- Does the role play to your strengths and experience?
At the same time, you’ll get a clear picture of who we are – our work, our language, and our mindset. This way, you can also decide if NOA feels like the right place for you.
What You Need to Do Next
On this platform, you’ll find several short modules. You can go through them right away – everything is already unlocked. Please take a little time to work through them carefully. The focus will be on two areas:
- Our Values – Every company has things it cares about. Here, we’ll share what’s important to us at NOA Archive.
- The Role of the Roll Out Specialist – We’ll explain the role in detail so you know exactly what to expect.
After going through this, if you feel excited about what you’ve learned and motivated to work with us, we’ll ask you to complete two short tasks:
- A Short Test
We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand where your strengths lie and how you see yourself. We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand where your strengths lie and how you see yourself. There are no right or wrong answers – it’s about self-awareness and finding the right fit.
- A video message
You’ll receive clear instructions about what to cover in your video. Don’t worry – this isn’t about perfect production or fancy tech. What matters is authenticity, clarity, and showing us who you are.

One Last Thing
You don’t need to be perfect. We simply want to get to know you as you truly are.
Once you’re ready, you can begin with the first module.
We’re excited to see more of you!
Warm regards,
The NOA Team – Christophe, Peter, Vladimir, Manue

Our Values Are Not Just a Slogan – They Are the Foundation of How We Work
At NOA, we make no compromises when it comes to our values. They are our guiding standard – in daily collaboration, in decision-making, and in how we interact with customers and with one another.
We actively use our values: as orientation, for reflection, in case a decision, which has to be done which is not clear from the beginning - and as a way to anchor our behavior.
That’s why we want to know from you: Do our values resonate with you? And if so – how do you already live them today?
Your Task for the Video Application later
Please take a close look at our core values. You’ll find them in the PDF attached to this lesson.
Take your time to really understand them and then tell us in your video about one or two values, using a concrete example from your own experience:
- What happened?
- How did you act?
- Why does this situation reflect our values?
It’s not about giving the “right” answers – it’s about showing us honestly and authentically: Do our values fit you, and do you already live them in your everyday work?
A. Sustainable Product Quality
Value:
"We develop solutions with substance – durable, relevant, and meaningful."
Narrative:
In a world full of fleeting trends, we build products that last. With every decision, we ask ourselves: Does this feature truly help our customers? Will it still be relevant in ten years? Our ambition is not a flash in the pan – but a sustainable contribution to the digital archiving world
B. Entrepreneurial Thinking in Action
Value:
“We act entrepreneurially – with responsibility, foresight, and sound judgment.”
Narrative:
We think along – and ahead. Whether in day-to-day work or in strategic questions, we carefully weigh what makes sense – in terms of quality, economics, and our brand. Sometimes that means: doing it ourselves. Sometimes it means: buying it in. But it always means: taking responsibility as if it were our own company.
C. Partnership-Based Customer Proximity
Value:
“We listen, understand – and act honestly and on equal footing.”
Narrative:
Our customers are heard – at the right time, with open ears. We never promise what we cannot deliver, and we deliberately say no when it is the better choice for the customer in the long term. For us, true partnership means smart advice rather than blind implementation. Because trust doesn’t come from sales figures – but from reliable decisions.
D. Going the Extra Mile
Essence:
We go beyond the minimum – because quality, responsibility, and shared success drive us.
What this value means:
We contribute beyond our own role, take ownership, and continuously improve what we notice – without waiting for instructions. Whether through proactive thinking, initiative in solving problems, or sharing insights: for us, going the extra mile is not about heroics, but about attitude.

Your Role at NOA – Project Roll Out and Standardisation Worked
We think in roles, not in rigid job titles.
At NOA, we don’t believe in fixed job titles with strict task lists. Instead, we work with clearly defined roles that make a real contribution to our company.
Each role at NOA follows the same structure. In every role description, you’ll learn:
- Why this role exists.
- What happens if it’s missing.
- Which responsibilities and tasks are included.
This clarity gives room for self-responsibility, effectiveness, and true collaboration at eye level.
In this chapter, you’ll find the detailed role description for the position you applied for.

Role Fit: Do You Match the Role?
Now it’s time to take a closer look:
What experience do you bring? How do you work? And how well does that align with what we need in the role of a Solution RollOut and Standardize Specialist?
For us, it’s important not just to get to know you through a résumé or a video, but to understand you as a person – with your experiences, strengths, and way of thinking.
Why We Do This Step
NOA expects committed colleagues – and our clients have high expectations. As an Roll Out and Standards Specialist, you’ll ensure the quality of our projects and products. To succeed, you’ll need not only empathy and motivation, but also structure, self-responsibility, and subject-matter confidence.
The Role Fit exercise helps us – and you – to identify:
- Where you feel confident and strong in this role
- Where you already have experience
- And where you might want to grow further
How It Works
The link in this lesson will take you directly to the Role Fit check-in.
There you’ll find a series of short questions – some multiple-choice, others open-ended.
Please take about 15–20 minutes and answer everything at your own pace.
This isn’t about giving perfect answers – it’s about being honest in your self-assessment: Does this role fit you? And do you fit us?

Your Video Application – We Want to Experience You!
Now we’ve reached the heart of your application: your personal video . We want to see you, hear you, and get to know you better – not perfectly staged, but real. This isn’t about glossy production, but about your attitude, experience, and fit.
Your Task: Answer These Three Topics in Your Video
1. Our Themes: The Client Videos
Choose one or two client videos that spoke to you. Tell us:
- What caught your interest, surprised, or inspired you?
- What thoughts or questions did it spark for you?
2. Our Values: How You Tick
You’ve gotten to know our core values.
- Which value resonated with you?
- When have you experienced or lived this value in your work so far?
If you can’t find a concrete example for a value – feel free to just say so honestly.
3. Your Role at NOA – the Solution RollOut and Standardization Expert
You know the role description. Now we’d like to hear from you:
- What excites you most about this role – and why?
- What experience do you bring that makes you a good fit?
- Is there anything that still feels challenging or where you’re unsure?
This should be the main focus of your video!
Duration & Format
- Aim for 5 minutes – focus on what really matters.
- No editing or special effects needed – we want to experience you, not your equipment.
- A phone, laptop, or webcam is more than enough.

What Happens Next
If we see that we’re a good match, the next step will be a personal video call.
There, we’ll dive deeper into your role at NOA and answer all your questions.
We look forward to learning more about you!
