We at NOA support our clients with workbench and tools to bring AV archives out of the dark into the light for the eternity plus one day. For more than 25 years we managed to help service providers, archives and broadcasters worldwide to saveguard their AV collection by delivering standard solutions built in workflows with NOA tools. So far around more than 6 mio hours have been saved with NOA systems worldwide.

What will you do at NOA as a “Solution rollout and standards specialist”:
You ensure that NOA systems and standard workflows are successfully rolled out, properly documented, and eff internal tools, reference platforms, and configurations remain up ectively supported at customer sites, and that‑to‑date and validated.
In regular reviews of existing IT landscape you ensure that the Runtime Environment (RTE) of the clients meets all prerequisites prior to installation and go-live.
You will support several installations with documentation and up to date support cases and constantly feed the knowledge base with FAQ which will serve as data source for AI bots for future automatic First Level Support automation.
Your Target is to ensure smooth rollout during the kick off phase and ensure that the product life time of an installation is kept up to date with the underlying IT infrastructure.
What do you need to bring into the job:
- Ba in Computer Science or Similar (HTL), several years of experience in the field of broadcast engineering and/or archives
- Interest in working with a portfolio of non-standard, niche software
- Strong self-organization skills
- Confidence and experience in conducting group training sessions and public speaking
- Experience working with diverse cultures globally
- Willingness to travel 6-8 weeks per year,
- Proven ability to collaborate across IT, Sales, Client Support, Marketing, and Software Development
- Windows Active Directory Design KnowHow
- Network Components Know How
- Broadcast codecs and containers: FFv1, HuffYUV, WAV, MP3, MPEG2, AVC, HEVC, XAVC, MXF, MOV, MP4, ...
- PowerShell scripting Know How
- Broadcast Engineering: SDI, HD-SDI, SMPTE-2022, 2110, Audio and VIdeo Wiring
- Database Management Systems KNow How
- SQL Knowhow
- Firewall-Systems such as Fortinet
- Virtualization Systems knowhow
- Minimum: English C2, German A2, Arabic is welcome
What we do provide:

- An overpayment of minimum 10% over the minimum salary (ST1) - starting with 3.900,- EUR p.m. brutto (14 times a year) – depending on your qualification, expertise and proven records.

- Personal development budget of up to EUR 1,000 per year for training and courses, including one additional paid day off to complete such training in line with our mission.
- Additional budget of up to EUR 300 (for hotel accommodation) on international business trips for NOA (intended as extra allowance for exploring the host country).
